Environmental consultants
Long standing partnership with a third party Industrial Hygienist team available to check for asbestos and other harmful contaminants as well as air clearance after significant water losses. In some cases we can point count down these harmful particulates in order to avoid costly abatement.
Emergency services
CDS has qualified resources to stop additional damage from occurring. Including Roof tarping in a manner that we can easily remove so that insurance adjusters can visually inspect damages later. Water Extraction & Selective Demo as well as structural drying mitigation.

CDS handles all aspects during a loss from inspection to mitigation and reconstruction. CDS Superintendents have previous ground up experience and therefore have what it takes to rebuild quickly and efficiently. We also perform pack out and move tenants to temporary housing when required.
